Polyester strapping is the most rigid of all strapping materials. Polyester elongates  less than polypropylene and retains tension over a longer period. Polyester is strong and can be sealed. Frequently used on heavier loads. Polyester is commonly replacing steel strapping offering savings.

Polypropylene strapping is commonly used and is the  least expensive plastic strapping. Offered in both manual and machine grades, it can be sealed with buckles, seals, heat seals or friction welds. Polypropylene strapping is best for light duty bundling, palletizing.
